THE EVENT

Cape Verde will host an international event on the theme « APPLICATION OF BASALT POWDER IN AGRICULTURE - Its Benefits as Fertilizer for Agriculture ». The event will take place from June 07 to 09, 2021, at the Noble Hall of the National Assembly of Cape Verde, Praia.

Tis International Event, entitled BASALT CONFERENCE, focuses on the application of basalt powder in agriculture lasting three days, from June 07 to 09, 2021. An » Integration Round Table and Debates » will close the event.

REGISTRATION FEES
The Business Forum on “Business Opportunities and Business Partnerships in the ECOWAS Space” is organized in five (5) presentation sessions presentation of business opportunities in each member country and in the invited region / country, a Workshop related to Trade and Investment in ECOWAS, and Business Round. The first session, as part of the opening ceremony, will include a presentation of the ECOWAS market as a whole, including the presentation of legal and financial instruments available to the private sector in this relevant regional economic space. This session will also include a generic presentation of the State of Paraná, which is the invited Region.

Standart registration fee of the International Business Forum on “Business Opportunities and Business Partnerships in the ECOWAS Space” includes opening ceremony, welcome reception, access to all events sessions, the Events pack, daily refreshments during coffee breaks as indicated in the program, lunches, gala dinner, printed materials of the Conference, final program, access to the Meeting Opportunity area. The non- participation to one event does not give the right to be refund. The participation fees are a package which can not be divided. Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines. Below fees are in EUR [Including VAT].

All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received at the ATLANTIC BUSINESS CENTER office on or before January 31, 2020 will receive a full refund of the registration fees minus a 25% administrative charge. No refunds will be issued for additional activity fees unless the event is canceled. No cancellations will be accepted nor fees refunded after February 29, 2020. There will be no refunds for no-shows. ATLANTIC BUSINESS CENTER is not responsible for cancellations mailed or faxed but not received. All refunds will be issued by Mars 10, 2020.     THE LUGGAGES

    PRACTICAL INFORMATION
    Knowing your baggage can make a big difference for your trip and ensure safety and comfort. Since you will not have access to your checked luggage during the flight, we recommend that you keep valuable items, fragile items, money and important documents with you in the cabin.

    Any object considered dangerous in your luggage will be removed during security checks.

    For air transport safety reasons, liquids in the cabin are strictly regulated and must be authorized.

    Keep your travel documents in your hand luggage and for easy identification of your luggage, you should also label it with your full contact information (name, surname, address, telephone number and e-mail).

    Article 1
    Cabin baggage

    All passengers traveling on ASKY flight either in business or economy class are allowed a hand luggage which dimensions must not exceed:
    Length 55 cm
    Width 25 cm
    Depth 40 cm

    The maximum weight of your hand luggage is:
    10kg in business class;
    07kg in economy class.

    Article 2
    Checked baggage

    Checked baggage must not exceed a dimension of:
    Length 90 cm;
    Width 53 cm.

    The Checked baggage weight allowed depends on the class of the passenger.

    The weight of checked baggage will be specified on your ticket:

    40kg in business class;
    30kg in economy class.

    Article 3
    Babies

    For babies under 2 years and children under 12 years:
    Children paying 75% of applicable adult fare, benefit the same allowance as adults;
    Parents who travel with babies on their knees, receive an additional baggage allowance of 10 kg.

    In addition to this franchise, they are allowed to carry a collapsible stroller, a bassinet or a baby seat.

    Excess baggage


    Beyond your allowance, the supplement must be paid at the airport during check-in time. Surcharge for excess baggage.
